Q If I smoke will I have to pay more on my life insurance premium? A Yes; almost all life cover will cost you more if you smoke.
Q When does life cover pay out? A Your provider will pay out should you die during the term of the policy. Depending on whether your policy includes critical illness cover; your life cover policy will also pay out should you be diagnosed with a terminal illness.
Q Will I get my money back if I dont die by the end of my plan? A No; unless your policy has a specific clause which states that you do, (this is very rare) do not expect to get any money back if you are still alive at the end of your life cover policy term.
