Thousands of Churches Using Bluefish TV's Video-driven study, Chasing Daylight with Erwin McManus
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) July 16, 2008 -- People have dreams and expectations of how life will turn out but they often find that time passes by and they're all grown up. Life's demands and responsibilities dull their senses and they lose their child-like sense of adventure. Their dreams are then forgotten. So how do people make sure they're not wasting their life?
City Pastor, Erwin McManus answers these questions in Bluefish TV's video-driven bible study, Chasing Daylight with Erwin McManus (http://www.bluefishtv.com/ProductDetails.aspx?cid=1001&id=1354&f=s1m&cc=&csc=&ldr=&s=Chasing%20Daylight). The study is based on his book, Chasing Daylight. In the study, Erwin McManus challenges Christians to risk everything for a life of genuine purpose as he intertwines the biblical character of Jonathan. He encourages people to be movers and shakers instead of moaners and slackers.
Since Chasing Daylight with Erwin McManus has been released, it has been used in thousands of churches nationwide in various small group ministries. Leaders are letting Bluefish TV know how much they appreciate this kind of message.
Jeff, a small group leader in Grand Rapids, Michigan found out about the Chasing Daylight video-driven bible study and hosted the study in his small group for ten weeks. From the beginning, his group was very impressed with the teaching and at the end, they asked each other, "what next?" They were ready to act on everything they had learned.
Jeff also expressed how one couple's calling to long-term missions in Africa was made clear since using the Chasing Daylight series. Two couples felt led to minister in the inner-city of Grand Rapids and serve on short-term missions. Jeff and his wife are convinced that at some point they will go to China for a short term or long term mission trip. They have also had the opportunity to adopt a daughter from China and have returned to being consistent in volunteer efforts.
Bluefish TV's newest video-driven bible study, Uprising with Erwin McManus will release early this fall. Church leaders are anxious for another video-driven resource that will inspire their people to action for God's glory. As Erwin says, "From the moment of our birth to the moment of our death there is a dash in between and the value of our lives will be defined by what is found in the dash."

First Impressions Last, Clean Impressions Last Longer
Tired of living in a jungle? How about living with brute animals? Don?t know what I?m talking about? I hold my mom responsible for that. Growing up, she would always associate our house to a jungle---and according to her that is still an understatement. Because of sheer idleness, I suggested that we try one of those home cleaning services. With a blank face, she responded that said service is only for the L&L (lazy and luxurious) and that I only possess the first L. (Ouch!) Though I?m guilty as charged! But that was before. With age creeping up on us, each second is precious. And with residential cleaning services readily available, we are given more time to ourselves, with our families and with our friends.
