Omillio Sparks is hip-hop's most eligible "next big thing". He is best known as a part of the rap outfit State Property, who were once signed to Roc-A-Fella Records. Sparks is also famous for hits he has performed on with rap superstars like Jay-Z, Beanie Sigel and DMX. His other ventures have included acting. He starred in State Property, as well as its sequel. Sparks' latest album, The Payback, was released on KOCH/Colossal Entertainment on August 28th and is currently blazing the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.
